Jenny Wen

Jenny Wen is a product leader and designer who believes in making software both powerful and joyful. Currently a design lead for Claude.ai at Anthropic, Jenny previously served as Director of Design at Figma, where she led teams working on groundbreaking products including FigJam, Slides, and Community. She brought FigJam from concept to launch, helping create a collaborative whiteboarding tool that people actually love using. Jenny loves helping teams be more ambitious together, whether that's imagining novel solutions or shipping higher quality products – all while having fun along the way.
