This year the team at Linear jumped on a journey to go from an issue manager to a full project manager tool in a full revamp of their UI and an expansion of their features.Adrien and his team are now specifically targeting managers and leaders, necessitating adjustments and the development of new features.

But as any re-working of features, they have encountered several challenges in this process of enhancing collaboration and making their features work for everyone.

Adrien (their Founding Product Designer) will share with us how the redesign came to be, and how those challenges were tackled.
