Having worked in design recruitment through COVID, following market growth and the downturn she is ok with saying "I have seen it all". Now, she is building a strong design community where everyone has a chance to succeed in their careers. Lena brings talent to employers, employers to talent, and knowledge about best hiring practices to those who are ready for their next step.
